Most of the SSE swell is sliding past offshore, it's in the 3ft+ on the more open beaches and around 2ft in the S corners with fresh SW winds early. They're forecast to go strong SSE later in the day. The tide at 8.30am, dropping to a low at 2.35pm. The E facing points and the S protected stretches are the best in the 2-3ft range, the swell is a bit long and straight for the open beachies.
