09/02/2010
Solid 1.5 to 2m swell on the Coast with Easterly conditions. There is a heavy dumping shorebreak on the open beaches and a sweep to the North which is pronounced on the outgoing tide this morning. Please ensure that you swim only between the flags with Council lifeguards on duty and check the information boards. Flash rips are also evident. Take care.
