The swell is a bit smaller but still solid from the SSE with SW winds early and it is in the 3-5ft range on the open beaches. The winds are forecast to go strong SW later today. It's low tide just after 9am with the S corners and Points the pick early, then the Reefs and beachies better with more water on them from late morning.
The NSW lifesaving patrol season ended on Sunday 28 April, however the following beaches at Soldiers and Shelley Beach are still patrolled by council lifeguards 7 days a week until the end of May.
Please do not take any risks during the off-season period. No Flags = No Swim! The majority of beach patrols will again commence on the first day of the September School Holidays.
