Mid morning update - Def some 5ft sets now. winds fresh Sth. Earlier report - The surf has improved. The swell is in the 3-4ft plus range from the E. It is quite peaky, so the southern end of the beaches look ok. The Point and Southies are quite sheltered. There is a hint of SW/S in the wind so as mentioned Nth Cron, The Wall, Point etc reasonably smooth early. Worth braving the elements for a paddle if your keen.
The NSW lifesaving patrol season ended on Sunday 28 April, however North Cronulla and Cronulla are still patrolled by council lifeguards 7 days a week.
Please do not take any risks during the off-season period. No Flags = No Swim! The majority of beach patrols will again commence on the first day of the September School Holidays.

Surfing Mums meet here!
Surfing mums is a network of women who surf and are mums (of course), but what sets them apart is that they still want to surf as much as we did before they had kids. Its not about how well you surf, or if you are a long boarder, short boarder, bodyboarder, body surfer or learning to surf. It's about getting wet and having fun!
