The SSE swell has picked up to 2-3ft on the more open beaches with fresh SW winds early, that are forecast to go gale force SSW later in the day. The tide is high just before 8am, dropping to a low at 1.45pm. Get in early before the gale force SSW winds get up with waves all along the open beaches first up with the S protected stretches the best in the 2ft range.
