Overcast, smooth with tiny to flat conditions. The SSE swell is only flat to 1ft on the more open beaches. Light W winds early that are forecast to go SW to NW, then NNW later in the day. What tiny bit swell there is, is buried under a high tide with it dropping to a low at 11.30am. It's ripple riding only with a board with lots of volume on the more open beaches later on the dropping tide, with from Peregian to A Bay the pick as it is picking up a touch more of the S swell.

An E swell of up to 1 metre, another great Autumn beach day. Take care. All major Sunshine Coast beaches will be patrolled by lifeguards from 7.30am untill 4.30 pm. Take care and follow any warning signs and follow any directions given by Lifeguards. Remember for your safety always swim only between the RED &YELLOW flags. Ensure you swim when Lifeguards and Lifesavers are on duty and don't swim after hours.
