Unfortunately most of the SSE swell is sliding past the coast and it's small and clean in the 1-2ft range on the more open beaches, up to 1ft the S corners. The winds are fresh SSW early and are forecast to go S later. The tide is on the way out to a low just before 11am, coming back in to a high at 5.45pm. Most of the S swell is offshore, just some small ones along the open E facing beachies with more size from Coolum to A Bay before the strong S winds get up.

Remember for your safety always swim only between the RED &YELLOW flags. Ensure you swim when Lifeguards and Lifesavers are on duty and don't swim after hours.
