After a year chasing swells around the globe, Tim Bonython is about to set out around the country with what he reckons is his best production to date, Immersion. 

Featuring giant Teahupoo and Jaws, some of the most hectic West OZ slabs yet, huge sessions in Shipsterns and Fiji, and interviews with the likes of Kelly Slater, Gerry Lopez, Mark Mathews, and Tom Carroll, it sounds like a fair call. He tells us that he has put footage aside specifically for this tour. Seven years in the making Immersion is not a year in review. It's everything surfing is but not all of it is standing on a surf board. Bodysurfing with Mark Cunningham, Surfski with Ben John, Wave Pool with Nick Nguyen, Kite Surfing Ben Wilson, Wind Surfing with Jason Polakow & Bodyboarding with Ben Player & Mitch Rawlins.

The Surf Movie Festival will combine epic surfing images captured by Tim Bonython with live music by Guy Brown from Mammals and Nick Saxon.
