Minds in the Water captures David Rastovich's journey over the last five years on a global quest to protect dolphins, whales and their ocean environment. The film captures a key moment in Dave's life when apathy was no longer an option, and follows the movement inspired by his passion.

The film, initiated by Surfers for Cetaceans, shows the power of one person's inspiration in leading people to action, and the importance for ocean minded people to become responsible stewards of the coastal environment.
