Surf Report Info

Region: Lennox Head Beach to Evans Head

Reporters location:

Coastalwatch surf reporters are the saltiest locals around. Part fish, part shark, part human, they live for the waves and are usually more local than the locals. They’ll be up before dawn waiting for first light to reveal the days surf conditions and can sense a change of wind from a sparrows fart. Each reporter covers a region of coastline which includes many number of surf spots and beaches. Please consider there may be possible variations between this report and your local spot due to differences in orientation to the coast and any local idiosyncrasies that may also effect the swell and weather patterns.

    Today's rating - Pretty Good

Great that the the leftovers of the mega swell experienced in WA and Indonesia is still providing solid waves again this morning. It's a clean 3-4ft at South swell magnets and looking good early. The winds are light WSW early and are expected to stay light and variable all day. Best waves are early at theSouth swell magnets and open beaches .High tide is at 7.30am this morning and the low is at 1.15pm.
