Surf Report Info
Region: Nth Stradbroke - Point Lookout to Cabarita Beach
Coastalwatch surf reporters are the saltiest locals around. Part fish, part shark, part human, they live for the waves and are usually more local than the locals. They’ll be up before dawn waiting for first light to reveal the days surf conditions and can sense a change of wind from a sparrows fart. Each reporter covers a region of coastline which includes many number of surf spots and beaches. Please consider there may be possible variations between this report and your local spot due to differences in orientation to the coast and any local idiosyncrasies that may also effect the swell and weather patterns.

Cloudy again and the swell is mixed direction from the ESE and it's a bit messy in the 2ft range, it's bigger on the beaches that pick up more of the S swell. The winds are light S early with ESE winds forecast later and the tide is high early, dropping to low at 11.40am. TOS, D'bah and the Tweed Coast have more size and are the pick early before the ESE winds get going and there'll be small ones on the points as the tide drops before the winds go onshore.
Wind: S 0-10 kts
