Surf Report Info

Region: Cronulla - Wanda to Cronulla

Reporters location:

Coastalwatch surf reporters are the saltiest locals around. Part fish, part shark, part human, they live for the waves and are usually more local than the locals. They’ll be up before dawn waiting for first light to reveal the days surf conditions and can sense a change of wind from a sparrows fart. Each reporter covers a region of coastline which includes many number of surf spots and beaches. Please consider there may be possible variations between this report and your local spot due to differences in orientation to the coast and any local idiosyncrasies that may also effect the swell and weather patterns.

    Today's rating - Average

Lunchtime update - Winds shifted more Sth, so there's some water surface bump, but still some ok 3ft waves. - Earlier report - Looks like the bulk of the rain has cleared in the early hours of the morning. The wind is more SW now, but the ocean still has a bump about it. There's two swells in the mix. There's 3-4ft of E and around 3ft of Sth combining. Conditions are far from great, but there's waves about. Sth ends your best bet. Little wave at The Point, The Wall and Elouera. Nothing special, but definitely surfable.
