Surf Report Info

Region: Cronulla - Wanda to Cronulla

Reporters location:

Coastalwatch surf reporters are the saltiest locals around. Part fish, part shark, part human, they live for the waves and are usually more local than the locals. They’ll be up before dawn waiting for first light to reveal the days surf conditions and can sense a change of wind from a sparrows fart. Each reporter covers a region of coastline which includes many number of surf spots and beaches. Please consider there may be possible variations between this report and your local spot due to differences in orientation to the coast and any local idiosyncrasies that may also effect the swell and weather patterns.

    Today's rating - Average

Nice and clean this morning with offshore NW winds. The swell is in the 3ft range from the Sth. As per the last 6 months and more the banks are atrocious on the beaches. The Alley and The Point are your best bet. Bit of a wave at Wanda but no real shape. Great conditions perhaps the reefs. The swell may potentially get a touch stronger throughout the day.The Perfect Wave have a new office in Cronulla at 44 The Kingsway.
