Surf Report Info

Region: Cronulla - Wanda to Cronulla

Reporters location:

Coastalwatch surf reporters are the saltiest locals around. Part fish, part shark, part human, they live for the waves and are usually more local than the locals. They’ll be up before dawn waiting for first light to reveal the days surf conditions and can sense a change of wind from a sparrows fart. Each reporter covers a region of coastline which includes many number of surf spots and beaches. Please consider there may be possible variations between this report and your local spot due to differences in orientation to the coast and any local idiosyncrasies that may also effect the swell and weather patterns.

    Today's rating - Pretty Good

Mid morning update - The swell has cleaned up a bit and there's definetely some 3ft sets now. Wanda, Hills and Alley/Nth Cron looking best options. Winds puffing W at present. - Earlier report - There's around 2-3ft of SE swell this morning, there even seems to be some ESE swell in the mix. The wind is light SW/S early, forecast to tend more SSE, so Sth ends best bet. The Alley and Nth Cron looking best option early. Wanda looks a little too windy. Looking to escape the winter cold. Call into The Perfect Wave's new Cronulla office or call 9523 5310.
