Update. Strong NNW winds now and there are some very tiny ones at Wanda/Hills if you're super desperate. Early report. It's still very small at flat up to 1ft max range. Virtually unrideable with another great start to the day with light N winds, but it is barely .5ft. Strong NW winds are forecast later. You could try Wanda/Hills if your desperate to get wet, but once again you'll need a high volume board and a good imagination.
