Update. Strong SW winds and It's still tiny but the swell has shifted to the SE and is up in 1ft range. Strong SW winds are forecast later and the tide is high is at 3pm. There are some small ones at D'bah if you're desperate. The swell should start to increase from the S during the afternoon.
