It's bigger than yesterday and conditions are clean this morning with light W winds early and 2-3ft waves on the sets from the S . The winds are predicted to swing NE later in the day and strengthen. Try the open beaches early then later the Northern protected corners.

Winds: Variable about 10 knots becoming northeasterly 15 to 20 knots in the middle of the day. Winds reaching up to 25 knots south of Cape Byron during the afternoon and evening.
Seas: Below 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 1.5 metres around midday, then increasing to 1 to 2 metres during the afternoon.
Swell: Southerly 1 to 1.5 metres, increasing to 1.5 to 2 metres offshore south of Cape Byron. Weather: Mostly sunny.
