Surf Report Newcastle-Hunterby Scott Hammerton
7:04 AM | Report
SE Swell 3-4ft+ @ 11 seconds. NNE winds 7 knots. Still plenty of waves around today. The swell has backed off to a more manageable size with consistent 3-4ft waves and the odd bigger set. It is worth a surf around town though banks are still not great so quality is only average. Protected northern corners are the pick to find relief from the NE winds which are already starting to affect the quality on the open beaches.
