Morning Report: Waves 6-8ft++, Swell S @ 12 secs, Winds SW-SSW 28-40 knots. Gales, rain and a very solid stormy sea. Ranging 6-8ft from the S but probably fair bit bigger out on offshore bombies. Winds currently SW edging SSW and strong enough to blow the washing off the line. For a surf only places with any degrees of control will be tucked into sheltered S ends out of wind and swell train, Maybe ok if winds stay outa SW.

Gale Warning for Wednesday for Sydney Coast
Winds: Southwest to southerly 30 to 40 knots, reaching 45 knots offshore in the morning.
Seas: 3 to 5 metres.
Swell: Southerly 4 to 5 metres. Weather: The chance of thunderstorms offshore this morning. Caution: Large and powerful surf conditions are expected to be hazardous for coastal activities such as crossing bars by boat and rock fishing.
Standout Sessions: First Day of Spring brings tubes to a Northern Beaches reef, watch them from the sky.
Late season Indo commences with a fairly lacklustre week of waves, but there's plenty more on the horizon for mid September.
Just when you thought it was safe to get back in the water, a second, much larger swell event looms for the NSW coast.
Your Father's Day gift is right here.
Wave of The Week: Direct from Tahiti, the Champ scores ridiculous at home.
Standout Sessions: Parko, Mick and more completely score.
