Surf Report Info

Region: Palm Cove to Bulcock Beach

Reporters location:

Coastalwatch surf reporters are the saltiest locals around. Part fish, part shark, part human, they live for the waves and are usually more local than the locals. They’ll be up before dawn waiting for first light to reveal the days surf conditions and can sense a change of wind from a sparrows fart. Each reporter covers a region of coastline which includes many number of surf spots and beaches. Please consider there may be possible variations between this report and your local spot due to differences in orientation to the coast and any local idiosyncrasies that may also effect the swell and weather patterns.

    Today's rating - Poor

Very average conditions early this morning with the ESE swell uneven in the 1ft range with some odd bigger ones. Light W winds early that trying to clean it up, but they're forecast to go NNE later and the tide is high at 7.15am with low at 1.15pm. Once again just some small very average waves all along the coast early on high tide early before the NNE winds get up. Try Kawana Pocket and Kings later.
