Surf Report Info

Region: Palm Cove to Bulcock Beach

Reporters location:

Coastalwatch surf reporters are the saltiest locals around. Part fish, part shark, part human, they live for the waves and are usually more local than the locals. They’ll be up before dawn waiting for first light to reveal the days surf conditions and can sense a change of wind from a sparrows fart. Each reporter covers a region of coastline which includes many number of surf spots and beaches. Please consider there may be possible variations between this report and your local spot due to differences in orientation to the coast and any local idiosyncrasies that may also effect the swell and weather patterns.

    Today's rating - Poor

The run of Spring like conditions continues with the NE swell very small again and only in the 1/2 up to 1ft range max and a bit messy early. The winds are very light offshore from the WNW, forecast to go NW later and the tide is high at 10.15am, low will be just after 4pm. Just some small avergae quality waves all along the coast on the incoming tide before the N winds get stronger. Kawana and Kings the best options.
