Surf Report Info

Region: Palm Cove to Bulcock Beach

Reporters location:

Coastalwatch surf reporters are the saltiest locals around. Part fish, part shark, part human, they live for the waves and are usually more local than the locals. They’ll be up before dawn waiting for first light to reveal the days surf conditions and can sense a change of wind from a sparrows fart. Each reporter covers a region of coastline which includes many number of surf spots and beaches. Please consider there may be possible variations between this report and your local spot due to differences in orientation to the coast and any local idiosyncrasies that may also effect the swell and weather patterns.

The SE is a touch bigger this morning, but there's nothing to get excited about. It's 1 up to 2ft on the more open beaches and 1ft in the more sheltered breaks and the winds are light W early with a sea breeze forecast later and low tide is just before 11am, with high at 5.40pm. Small ones along the open beaches early on a high volume board before the sea breeze gets up with from Peregian to A Bay having a bit more size..
