Surf Report Info

Region: Palm Cove to Bulcock Beach

Reporters location:

Coastalwatch surf reporters are the saltiest locals around. Part fish, part shark, part human, they live for the waves and are usually more local than the locals. They’ll be up before dawn waiting for first light to reveal the days surf conditions and can sense a change of wind from a sparrows fart. Each reporter covers a region of coastline which includes many number of surf spots and beaches. Please consider there may be possible variations between this report and your local spot due to differences in orientation to the coast and any local idiosyncrasies that may also effect the swell and weather patterns.

More of the same with the swell is from the SE in the 2-3ft range on the open beaches, it's smaller in the S corners. Fresh S winds early with strong SE winds forecast later and high tide is at 8 am with low at 2,20pm. The open beaches are a bit messy and uneven early with the S protected stretches the pick early n the incoming tide. Later try the E facing points and S corners when the SE winds get up.
