Surf Report Info

Region: Palm Cove to Bulcock Beach

Reporters location:

Coastalwatch surf reporters are the saltiest locals around. Part fish, part shark, part human, they live for the waves and are usually more local than the locals. They’ll be up before dawn waiting for first light to reveal the days surf conditions and can sense a change of wind from a sparrows fart. Each reporter covers a region of coastline which includes many number of surf spots and beaches. Please consider there may be possible variations between this report and your local spot due to differences in orientation to the coast and any local idiosyncrasies that may also effect the swell and weather patterns.

    Today's rating - Pretty Good

The E swell is a touch smaller and bit messy early this morning in the 2ft range with some bigger sets and the winds are from the SSW early trying to clean conditions up. SE winds forecast later and high tide is at 8am with low at 2.20pm. The S corners and E facing points are smaller and once again are the cleanest options with some small ones in the outer bays at Noosa later in the morning when the tide drops and the winds go around to the SE.
