    Today's rating - Average

We are still stuck in this onshore pattern with average conditions on the Back Beaches.2-3ft with SE winds are not a great combo . If you are really keen you will get a paddle but keep your expectations in check . We could see a small swell rise later on the tide but winds are forecast to increase with the seabreeze to 15knts. Low tide is 9.15am high tide is 3.46pm. Good luck
