Surf Report Info

Region: Phillip Island - Woolamai

Reporters location:

Coastalwatch surf reporters are the saltiest locals around. Part fish, part shark, part human, they live for the waves and are usually more local than the locals. They’ll be up before dawn waiting for first light to reveal the days surf conditions and can sense a change of wind from a sparrows fart. Each reporter covers a region of coastline which includes many number of surf spots and beaches. Please consider there may be possible variations between this report and your local spot due to differences in orientation to the coast and any local idiosyncrasies that may also effect the swell and weather patterns.

    Today's rating - Average

The ocean has plenty going on today with a solid swell running and an increase in the wind forecast it means Woolamai is not an option today. With the wind coming from the north west and heading round to the west north west Surfies Point and Summerland's will have the best waves today. Enjoy. Low tide is at 6.10am 0.3 mt with a high tide at 1.23 pm, it is a 1.7 mt tide ... logon to www.surfcoaching.biz
