Thursday: The banks are getting a nice stir up this morning with a decent NW wind swell along the coast. Fresh and gusty WNW winds tending W'ly through the day. Nothing worth chasing today. Let it settle and see what tomorrow brings. Local buoys reading 0.6m at Cott and 1.6m at Rotto with a larger NW'ly windswell.

Forecast for Thursday until midnight Strong Wind Warning for Thursday for Perth Local Waters Winds Westerly 15 to 25 knots, reaching up to 30 knots early in the morning. Seas 2 to 3 metres, decreasing below 2 metres during the morning, then decreasing to 1.5 metres during the afternoon. Swell Southwesterly 1 to 1.5 metres, tending westerly 2.5 to 3 metres around midday.
