Sea Shepherd Fundraiser - Sydney

In Partnership with Sea Shepherd

The Japanese whaling fleet is unfortunately coming back down to The Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary to hunt whales again in December and of course Sea Shepherd Australia will be going to Antarctica for our 10th campaign, 'Operation Relentless' with our  ships and 120 volunteer crew to protect our precious whales.

To enable Sea Shepherd Australia to make this voyage, which costs approx 3 to 4 million dollars, all the volunteer chapters of Australia hold annual fundraising nights to raise funds to get our ships and volunteer crew down to Antarctica.  The Sydney Chapter is holding a fundraiser at The House of Parliament, Macquarie St, Sydney, on the evening of the 28th November, with Peter Hammarstedt, Captain of The Bob Barker, Jeff Hansen, CEO of Sea Shepherd Australia  and other special guests.  There will be live music, food and drinks, live and silent auctions, raffles with some fantastic prizes and Sea Shepherd memorabilia to purchase, Sea Shepherd merchandise will also be available for purchase.

To help Sea Shepherd Australia raise the much needed funds for 'Operation Relentless' please go to http://my.seashepherd.org.au/relentlesssydney
