Matt Biolos has built up quite the reputation for high-performance sleds that go that little extra mile. So we decided to put a few to the test with some of the country's leading coaches and board testers. 

THE PROFORMANCE DRIVER

DIMENSIONS OF THIS BOARD: 5'7 x 23.75L 

TIM MCDONALD 7/10
Really comfortable board. Responsive out of the top turns, and good release and fast out of the bottom and top turns. 

MATT ALDRIDGE 8/10
This board performs with a lot of flow and speed. It reacts when you want it to. It's got a great drive all the way through the turns. Best thing is it felt really alive and held up well in the compressions. The shape and design would make it a great all round board for anyone.

MITCH JAMES 7.5/10
Works really well on the steep sections and turns sharp. It holds rail in the well and hold tight in the pocket.

MITCH JAMES 8.5/10
For the waves today, it was really fun. You can drive a long line and lean into your turns. It feels good and strong off the bottom on solid waves above three feet. Good all round board and great for waves in Australia.  

TIM MCDONALD 8/10
This board felt really nice, really even board with a good all round shortboard feeling and great speed. I felt really comfortable straight away.

DIMENSIONS OF THIS BOARD: 5'11 x 18.75 x 2.35 x 29.5L

KABLE ROWLAND 8/10 
Great performance board. The surface area in the tail gives you a lot of floatation in transition waves. I would love a few more litres, I'd be looking at 32 or 33L. If I was riding that literage, this would be a 10/10 board for sure.
