It's a great day when you can help with the preservation of our pristine coastline. It's possible everyday to make a difference by picking up rubbish as you leave the beach. It's also a great day when you can get your mates together, make a difference and be rewarded with a some fine tasting beer. We just love this initiative and the vigor it's been creating. 

The great minds behind one of the smoothest exciting craft beers in Australia, Stone & Wood, have teamed up with the Clean Coast Collective to initiate the Festival of the Stone.

The tour is coming to an end after an epic east coast experience stopping at some of the best surf spots. They have combined with local communities to give back to the coastline and beaches that give us so much by hosting beach clean-ups at places like Newcastle, Jan Juc, Bronte, Byron and Noosa. In appreciation for the turnout and good vibes, the Stone & Wood crew have been serving up live music, local food and cold beer tapped fresh from Clyde, their trusty Landrover, wherever he pulls up. 

Clyde has just left Noosa and is headed South back to Byron, but before he brings the tour home for the launch of Stone Beer at our annual Festival of the Stone, they've got one last stop on the road. The Gold Coast, this Sunday, May 1, they will be cleaning up Miami Beach from 2-4PM before kicking back at the After Party at the Surf Life Saving Club from 4-8PM. Clyde will be stocked up and pouring cold, fresh beer and there will be pumping live music and locally sourced food for everyone to enjoy and celebrate, 'the way it should be'.
