Rainbow Bay was pouring rain with lightning at dawn last Friday. After the rain cleared it left clean, glassy conditions for about 90 minutes until the onshore wind came up. Water is still in the 20s and size should pick up to 2-3 feet this week before dropping off again. Check out the live conditions on the Rainbow Bay Surf Camer HERE and the extended forecast.
