Gold Coast Regional Morning Report: 6.00am Wednesday, 2 December: There isn't much in the way of surf to speak of this morning - just traces of weak ESE windswell trundling at a textured knee-high or so. The regional magnets are still pulling in a bit more south-swell and winds are currently light out of the WNW, so there's a little surf there for the keen. The tide is coming in to a 9.20am high.
Rest of Day Outlook: Moderate to fresh northerly winds will progressively erode what quality is on offer - and the swell will further dissipate, leaving little to the imagination this afternoon. Aim for sheltered northern corners if you're desperate. The tide runs back out to a 3.50pm low. Have a great day.
