Sunshine Coast Regional Morning Report ( Friday 5:21 am) The primary SSE swell is starting to fizzle out with smaller waves up into the waist high range, with the odd larger set wave on the more exposed open beaches. Wave quality is fair to good being subject to light WSW winds making for reasonably good surf conditions earlier on. Best options are the Northern beaches, on either sides of the tide. High Tide 6:14am
Rest of Day Outlook: The morning will see the best of the surf conditions ahead of onshore winds from the SE then East through the afternoon. Wave height will be smaller at the low tide mark, and wind affected as the onshore winds start to kick in. Low Tide 12:17pm. An afternoon incoming tide will be on offer with wave height around the waist to stomach high with High Tide at 6:04pm
