Sunshine Coast Regional Morning Report (6:20am Thursday): Get out amongst it this morning as there are some fun waves to be had across the Coast beaches this morning. The mix of East and SSE swell has average wave height is the chest high range on the open beaches with head high sets on along the south facing open beaches, with Marcoola to Sunshine having the most size. Surf conditions are looking great with light North to North West winds, with the morning tide starting to fill in those outer banks. High Tide 6:44am. If you want more bang for your buck head up along the northern beaches with plenty of banks to choose from. The central beaches of Maroochy south to Alex, is getting pretty crowded. Worth a sniff down along Kawana south to Wurtulla, and a fun longboard wave on offer at Happy Valley.
Rest of Day Outlook: Surf conditions will remain relatively fair to good throughout the day, with a forecast of light NNW winds. Expect smaller surf around low tide, but in saying that make the most of the day as it will be smaller tomorrow. Low Tide 12:46pm
