Hurley Surfing Australia HPC presents Competition Camps

Hurley Surfing Australia HPC presents Competition Camps

Make sure your surfing peaks for the upcoming competition season with a Competition Camp.

If you want to surf consistently stronger, take on new heat strategies, or perfect a particular area of your surfing, a HPC competition camp is for you.

HPC Competition Camps will focus on:

  •     Technique using video analysis of each wave you surf
  •     How to surf to judging criteria
  •     Competition preparation and strategies
  •     Competition wave selection, time management, psychological approach and analysis
  •     Heat simulations
  •     Mock competitions
Who: U/16 Boys & Girls

Time: 7.30am to 4pm each day

Location: HPC on Casuarina Beach (15 minutes south of the Gold Coast)

Dates for camps:

Weekend Competition Camps:

June 16th - 17th - U/14 Grom Competition Camp

June 23rd - 24th - Elite U/16 Competition Camp

July 7th - July 8th - U/16 Competition Camp

3 Day Competition Camps:

June 12th - 14th - U/14 Grom Competition Camp

June 25th - 27th - Elite U/16 Competition Camp
