LAST CHANCE TO HAVE YOUR FILM WATCHED BY LEGENDS

Reelers to close in 10 days – cash, prizes and prestige up for grabs

Reelers, Surfing World’s Annual Short Film Competition closes on February 15th, leaving you 10 days to have your three-minute movie shot, cut and uploaded onto the Reelers event page on Coastalwatch where it will be judged by the most influential filmmakers of the past five decades.

This is not only an opportunity to win cash and incredible prizes, this is a foot in the door to a potential career in surf filmmaking, an opportunity to have Jack McCoy, Taylor Steele and Kai Neville see what you’re made of.

“This is the kind of opportunity that didn’t exist when I was a from,” said Story judge and game changing Momentum director Taylor Steele. “To be able to see what sort of creative talent is out there is an exciting prospect for all the judges and besides the cash and prizes on offer, there is a potential pathway to bigger and better things."

Reelers creative categories include…

Finalists will be invited to attend a special awards ceremony at Manly in conduction with the Australian Open of Surfing and at which the winners will be announced. Don’t miss your chance to be a part of surfing folklore and have your art celebrated by legends.

Shoot. Edit. Submit your vision today!
