Saturday 11 March On The East Coast: A Great Day!
COASTALWATCH | SWELL DIARY
And so the waves continued.
The East Coast from the Gold Coast down to the NSW South Coast kept blazing on Saturday. Queensland and Northern NSW were lucky enough to have a roll on of excellent conditions, while further down into the Newcastle, Sydney regions waves maintained solid size. Most breaks were maxing out but the bomboras and points that held the size looked incredible.
Here's some of what the Coastalwatch community contributed this weekend. Thanks to everyone who has been emailing and tagging! Make sure you check out Friday in Pictures too!

At about 7am there were a handful of guys out at Winkipop, Manly. Most of the waves were fat and then this bomb came through. The Unidentified charger came of the bottom and lined up this pit. Easily the biggest wave of the morning. Did he make it? Photo by Nathan Klein
