Your submittal of an In App Purchase on the Coastalwatch Surf Check App indicates your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set forth below. Coastalwatch reserves the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any stage.

Live Access Pass (auto-renewing)
Purchase of a Live Access Pass entitles the user to stream Live Vision on surf cameras available within the Coastalwatch Surf Check App, to create personalised swell, wave & wind alerts and to access local surf forecast analysis & reports. You may access these features, via a Live Access Pass, for a recurring subscription fee of $2.99AUD per month (30 days). Purchase of a Live Access Pass indicates your acceptance to be charged this amount every 30 days. Coastalwatch will automatically charge the account linked to your iTunes account, unless otherwise notified by you to cancel. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Live Stream - Single location (non-renewing)
Purchase of a Live Stream Single Surf Cam Pass entitles the user to stream Live Vision on one surf camera of their choice, available within the Coastalwatch Surf Check App, and to Read local surf forecast analysis for this camera location. User's may purchase as many single surf camera locations as they desire. You may access these features for a one-off fee of $1.49AUD for 30 days access. This is a one-off fee and will not auto-renew. Coastalwatch will charge the account linked to your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Alerts (non-renewing)
Purchase of Alerts entitles the user to set personalised Wave, Swell & Wind alerts to notify them within the Coastalwatch Surf Check App. You may access these features for a one-off fee of $2.99AUD for 365 days access. This is a one-off fee and will not auto-renew. Coastalwatch will charge the account linked to your iTunes account. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

How do I cancel my (In app purchase) subscription?
On your device, go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and tap on your View Apple ID. You are able to manage all your subscriptions from here. Please note that your subscription might renew if you don’t cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date.

Login with Coastalwatch Plus
Subscribers to Coastalwatch Plus may access all premium features available on the Coastalwatch Surf Check App. To do so, login with your Coastalwatch Plus credentials in the app welcoming screen, or from the app Settings screen.
