The internet is aflush with home workout videos to help everyone get their daily exercise, but when it comes to workouts designed specifically for surfers, the options get a little thinner. That's where this series by Cris Mills, the Surf Strength Coach, is perfect for us. If you can't surf, you might as well do something that will help your surfing for when you can. This video focusses specifically on paddling, which is probably the easiest thing you can work on out of the water, to get you more waves when you are in the water, right?
