In 2016 Sally Fitzgibbons launched her foundation and the inaugural gala ball to dedicated to celebrating the women who have paved an incredible pathway as well as the current and future stalwarts.
The gala takes time to pay tribute to two of the sport's heroes and the outstanding contributions they made for future generations. In 2016 those women were Sandra English and Wendy Botha.
Coastalwatch is featuring their stories in the lead up to the 2017 event, to which there are still tickets available.
Join us and the Australian surf community including over 250 guest and all 8 Aussie world Champions Phyllis O’Donnell, Pam Burridge, Pauline Menczer, Layne Beachley, Chelsea Georgeson and Tyler Wright. The night will also host WSL tour competitors Sally Fitzgibbons, Laura Enever, Nikki Van Dijk, Keely Andrew and Bronte Macaulay.
