The Barrel checks in with Episode 3 of The Monthly Grind. Check out the year long project, The Barrel, here.

The iON the Barrel crew have had a massive couple of months chasing hollow waves from the Mentawai Islands in Indonesia, down to spicy Mexico and then over to Tahiti to test our courage with an epic swell in early June.

Monthly Grind host Peter Hayes bagged more barrels than he can count and this month’s segment takes you inside a few super sweet ones. You don’t want to miss the XXL waves that pounded Teahupo’o and big wave legend Garrett McNamara among others in this month’s Grind and you absolutely have to see Raimana in action, and his close call with a kite…  So get clicking, and ENJOY.
