Looks like the Billabong Pro Tahiti might wrap up tomorrow with no sign of any swell on the horizon. Today was a bundle of ups and downs as the pros moved through elimination rounds to finish up at the end of round four.

Kelly Slater scored a ten-point-ride combined with an eight yet was defeated by Brazilian, Bruno Santos who nudged him out with just 0.13 points at the conclusion of the heat. Kelly will meet Keanu Asing in the morning for round four.

Meanwhile, Josh Kerr kept his campaign alive after a solid score in round four. Parko, who has been in incredible form, will have the round four heat of the day tomorrow, when he meets John Florence. And Hoorahs all round for Julian Wilson who continues to power on.

Finally, Wilko is out and so, his yellow jersey is handed onto the mighty, not so grom, John Florence. Will 2016 be John's maiden world title? Will he end Wilko's golden dream? What do you think?
