THE WORLD’S MOST PRESTIGIOUS SURF FILM COMPETITION

Powered by Coastalwatch

It's back! Corona presents REELERS 2017, the Surfing World short film competition, our global search for the freshest talent in surf movie making today, and it's FREE to enter. We invite you to submit a three minute flick to one of three categories and be judged by three of the biggest names in surf cinema history.

This is your chance to light up the silver screen and share in $7500.00 AUD of cash prizes. This is your moment to have your movie appraised by three of the most influential surf cinematographers of the past five decades; as Taylor Steele, Kai Neville and Jack McCoy grace our judging panel to unveil the best filmmakers working in our community right now. It could be you... Or your buddy who borrowed your wetsuit, or someone else who once strapped a go-pro to a seagull.

You can download the Reelers Entry Pack right here. Inside you will find all the assets required to get started. Make sure you check out the rules of entry before you begin. READ CAREFULLY. Then get out there and hit record!

Entries open November 1, 2016 // Entries close at 5pm AEDT February 1, 2017.
