COASTALWATCH | LISTS

Is anyone else here losing it? It's okay, you're not alone. Nope, not in the slightest. Six weeks and counting of a-isolating and a-locking down and a-quarantining is taking its collective toll on a lot of us. But we will get through it. To give you some surf-distraction respite we've again combed through the archives to pull together some stoke inducing content. Iconic surfers at 70s Burleigh, Mick's best of Kirra surfing, and the story of Robbie Page, amongst other gold. We hope you're hanging in there, looking after yourself and doing your best to stay stoked. – CW

He packed seven surfboards into a boardbag, threw them on the family Landcruiser, and with his Mom, Mersina, drove for the safety of the coast. In the car Jack reasoned that if the fire got to the beach they could paddle out to sea on them.
